3. Reservation and Cancellation Policies
The following general conditions apply to reservations made through our website or call center:
- A prepayment or a valid credit card pre-authorization may be requested to confirm your reservation.
- In accordance with our standard cancellation policy, no fee will be charged for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date.
- For cancellations made after the specified period or in case of a no-show, the cost of 1 night's stay may be charged.
- Cancellation and refund conditions may vary for discounted or non-refundable promotional rates.
